terms of service
commissions
★ i reserve the right to watermark any piece as i see fit. any commissioned art will be watermarked, and any adopts bought will too. the watermark shown on the adopt page is bigger in order to prevent theft, the final watermark will be smaller.
★ i reserve the right to refuse any commission, for whatever reason i want. i do not need to disclose why i am refusing you, especially if harassment ensues.
★ payments are taken either through my ko-fi (fizzlefer) or via invoice from [email protected]. these are my only methods of payment.
★ average turnaround is 4-8 weeks. i will let you know when i am starting your commission; please do not ask for updates before then. you can check my trello if you're curious about where in my waiting list you fall. if anything lengthens the process i will let you know when i am able.
★ my work may not be used for commercial goods (merchandise, etc.) unless my copyright rights are waivered in the form of a design right fee. this must be upfront and discussed within the initial consultation or i will not agree to it (i.e. not halfway through producing the piece or after).
★ full payment is taken after approval of a sketch.
★ small imperfections such as overlapping lines, bleed on colour or small uncoloured pixels may be in the finished product. while i strive to negate these, i cannot catch everything as i am one person working on a piece for any amount of time. if this is something you would be unhappy with, i do not recommend commissioning me. any edits to these parts of commissions WILL be charged (£1 per edit).
★ i will not be issuing refunds after a certain point in the commission. otherwise, one may be negotiated based upon how much progress had been made in the commission.
★ i do not work to deadlines without a fee. you cannot spring a deadline on me after i have already been paid and accepted the commission.
★ i will allow it if you want one of my OCs in the piece, but i take these commissions very rarely. commissioner will pay full price for my character.
★ i do not take payment plans unless they are negotiated before i accept the commission. (keyword: fizzy)
★ none of my work may be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) at any point.
★ my art may not be used, in any circumstances, for AI generation. this includes fanart, personal works, commissions and art trades. if i have produced a piece, it falls under this rule.
★ wips are usually sent on request, so please ask if you want updates!
★ i'm less likely to accept a commission if you do not have a clear, concise reference image/pose idea/etc. please be reasonable if i refuse you on these grounds. it is the commissioner's responsibility to provide accurate references where needed. any inaccuracies in the finished piece due to inaccurate references are not my fault.
★ i reserve the right to add you to my blacklist for whatever reason i wish. i do not do art for people whose politics or morals actively threaten my existence. i also do not do art for people who were a nightmare to work with previously. you may be removed from the blacklist if i see a change in your attitude towards artists you commission, etc.
adoptables
i waive all legal rights to the design, but request that:★ i am notified for any change of ownership so i may keep track of who owns my designs.
★ adopts/OCs are not sold for more than they were bought for, with the exception of the owner buying/creating more art of the OC.
★ i am continued to be credited for the design, and any art i may have made of the OC.
★ design flipping (buying and then immediately reselling, especially if for a higher price with additional art) will not be tolerated; you will be blacklisted from purchasing designs and art from me in future.
by buying from me, you agree to these terms whether you have read them fully or not. it is on you to read and understand my tos before buying.
